Resort Deed Expiration List

The table below shows the deed expiration dates for each resort in DVC. Usually, they set the expiration date 50 years from the construction date of a resort. However, Old Key West contracts can have an expiration date of 2042 or 2057. In 2007, they offered a fifteen year extension opportunity to the owners of Old Key West creating some contracts with the longer contract time. The original price of the Old Key West extension was $15/pt. and then later increased to $25/pt.

All Deeds Expire on Jan. 31st of the expiration year.
